In our sessions, you'll be invited to:

I am not a licensed psychologist.
My work is non-clinical and is not intended to diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

Explore repressed and unconscious parts of yourself.

Release layers of guilt, shame, and fear.

Reconnect with your soul’s deeper wisdom.

Move through wounds and challenges toward wholeness.

Bring the unconscious parts to light while walking the soul home.

Integrative counseling supports healing across mind, body, emotions, and consciousness, drawing on depth-oriented psychology, such as Jungian shadow work, Internal Family Systems, and embodied practices inspired by Indigenous traditions. This method provides a safe, intentional path to wholeness, resilience, and self-awareness, offering tools to bring unconscious material into conscious awareness and cultivate self-healing through engagement with shadow and inner multiplicity.
