Nature of Services

The Liminal Approach offers spiritual counseling, integrative guidance, reflective practices, and educational services rooted in Jungian psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Indigenous ways of knowing.

These services are:

• Non-clinical

• Non-diagnostic

• Not psychotherapy or mental health treatment

The Liminal Approach does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic services and is not a substitute for licensed mental health care.

Client Responsibility & Scope

By engaging in services, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own well-being, decisions, and actions

• Participation is voluntary and self-directed

• Outcomes vary and are not guaranteed

This work may involve deep personal reflection and emotional exploration. You are encouraged to seek additional professional support if needed.

Not for Crisis or Emergency Use

The Liminal Approach is not appropriate for crisis situations.

If you are experiencing:

• Thoughts of self-harm or harm to others

• Severe emotional distress

• A mental health emergency

Please contact a licensed mental health professional, emergency services, or a crisis hotline immediately.

Eligibility

Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using this site or scheduling a session, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Scheduling & Payment

Appointments

Sessions are scheduled in advance through the booking platform linked on the website. You are responsible for arriving on time for your scheduled session.

Payments

Payment terms, session fees, and packages (if applicable) are clearly stated at the time of booking. All payments must be made prior to or at the time of the session.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To respect both client and practitioner time:

• Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice

• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee

• Exceptions may be made at discretion in cases of emergency

Confidentiality

Information shared during sessions is treated with care and respect. While services are non-clinical, confidentiality is considered a core ethical value.

However, confidentiality may be limited in cases where:

• Disclosure is required by law

• There is risk of harm to self or others

Electronic communication cannot be guaranteed as fully secure.

Intellectual Property
